I currently work as Assistant Professor at the department of Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Amsterdam, where I also obtained my Ph.D. (cum laude).
In my research, I address questions such as:
- “How do labor market changes (for example, temporary employment and digitalization) influence people’s careers?”
- “Why do some workers suffer more from labor market changes than others?”
- “How can we help people to successfully seek and find (re-)employment?”
By working together with multiple organizations, I aim to do research that can directly help workers to deal with and thrive in today’s labor market.
